I’m just one human dreaming of a more logical, sustainable, and usable world. I’m fascinated by how things work, whether it’s technology, the natural world, or the human brain. I have a natural need to know why things are the way they are, and why people are the way they are. My idea of casual conversation usually involves Carl Sagan quotes and the realms of biology, chemistry, physics, technology, psychology, neuroscience, philosohy, and the human condition.
Some of my other favorite subjects include design, photography, sustainability, architecture, and foul-mouthed sock puppets. I also spend a lot of time with my dog and my cat, rubbin’ belly.

I’m just going to use this site to record things that interest me and use it as a cathartic tool. The implied assumption that my opinion is in any way worth putting online for others to read in the first place is absurd and can be ignored. I realize I’m just talking to myself here. Maybe I should stop. That feels narcissistic too, damn.
